GRAMMY U: SoundChecks with Esperanza Spalding

On April 22nd, GRAMMY U participated in a refreshing sound check followed by a Q&A session with jazz bassist, singer and GRAMMY Award winner, Esperanza Spalding at the Warner Theatre in Washington, D.C.

Bobby McFerrin’s aim is joy on upcoming ‘spirityouall’

Esperanza Spalding to perform free concert at UAB

Grammy Award-winning jazz singer, bassist and composer Esperanza Spalding  will perform live in a free show Monday, April 15, 2013, at UAB’s Alys Stephens Performing Arts Center (ASC).
